Hi, I'm Ayda! I am a Pastry Chef. 
I studied Culinary Arts and Management in Izmir/Turkey and worked as an intern in France as a chocolatier and in Germany as a caterer.

I started Ayda's Bakery in 2020. Ayda's Bakery is a London-based online gluten-free bakery. 
All of our products are handmade to order with love and care. Everything is natural & locally sourced (wherever possible).

I only use the finest, natural ingredients to create my recipes. Our wide range of products are perfect for those with gluten sensitivities or intolerances, as well as anyone looking for some tasty baked goods.
